2. SUBJECT OF THE CONTRACT
The subject of this contract is to determine the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of tour services ordered electronically by the BUYER from the SELLER's website.
3. CANCELLATION RIGHTS
The BUYER may cancel the reservation up to 30 days before the tour start date without any penalty.
50% deduction applies for cancellations made 30-15 days before.
100% deduction applies for cancellations made 14 days or less before.
