2. SUBJECT OF THE CONTRACT
The subject of this contract is the determination of the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of the tour service ordered electronically by the BUYER from the SELLER's website, in accordance with the provisions of Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Regulation on Distance Contracts.
3. SERVICE INFORMATION SUBJECT TO THE CONTRACT
The basic features of the service are published on the website. During periods when the Seller organizes campaigns, the basic features, prices, and campaign information of the relevant product are arranged as the sales price.
4. GENERAL PROVISIONS
4.1. The BUYER accepts, declares, and undertakes that they have read and are informed about the basic characteristics of the tour service, the sales price, payment method, and preliminary information regarding delivery on the website, and that they have given the necessary confirmation electronically.
4.2. The tour service is carried out following the SELLER's approval of the order and after the service fee has been received in the account specified by the SELLER.
5. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The BUYER may cancel their reservation up to 30 days before the tour start date without any penalty.
Cancellations made 30-15 days prior will incur a 50% deduction.
Cancellations made 14 days or less before will incur a 100% deduction.
6. COMPETENT COURT
In disputes arising from this contract, complaints and objections for disputes up to the amount determined annually by the Ministry of Trade of the Republic of Turkey shall be made to the Consumer Arbitration Committee or Consumer Court in the place of residence of the BUYER for individual disputes, and in the place where the SELLER's headquarters is located for disputes over those amounts.
